Your payment constitutes an agreement that you have read these policies.

Clear agreements serve everyone!

RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN WELLBEING
This is not a substitute for medical or other types of care that you may need.
You are at all times responsible for your own wellbeing and choices.
Do not abdicate your power to Lola or anyone other than God or your Large Self.


PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES
There are absolutely no refunds for any of these services or products unless they are physical products that are defective.

Credit is given for the next course if you miss one, or cannot attend or change your mind about attending.

Divine Openings is extremely potent, whether you perceive it or not. You will have already received the initiation from the book, course, audios, or session, whether you were aware of it or not. That cannot be "returned." It is permanent, and it may flower at a later time than you expected. You will recieve benefit from Divine Openings -- the only variable is whether you will let go and let it in or how quickly.

Emotional upset can sometimes be a normal part of this or any other spiritual or emotional process. This process can be intense, although ease and grace is always possible if you have no resistance to the process. Upset, anger, or other lower emotions are not grounds for refund. They are normal part of the process, and you should not do Divine Openings unless you agree to allow and take responsibility for the feelings that catalyze your liberation.

Results are consistently very good, as you see from the testimonials, yet individual results and time frames do vary.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • Pre-pay only after scheduling directly with Lola by email or phone.
  • If you prepay without scheduling first, you have made a DONATION to Divine Openings! Thank you!
  • You must already have read the book to have sessions.
  • Prepay 7 days in advance, or as arranged with Lola,to hold your session time.
  • Session times are not held for you until you prepay.
  • If you call late, your session began at the appointed time and will end at the appointed time.
There are other options for you: The Online Self-Paced Course substitutes well for sessions for many. The extensive library of audios and videos in the Virtual Classroom are like having many sessions and courses. Group phone sessions are powerful and less expensive.

 

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE POLICY

For courses you receive a credit for another course rather than a refund. (You already have the online course and ebook once you're registered.)

24 hours BY PHONE is required for cancellations and reschedules of private sessions.
 EMAIL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. WE MAY NOT SEE THEM IN TIME.
A missed private appointment, or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice counts as one of your sessions. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice after paying tuition, you receive a credit that can be applied to any subsequent class or session time where there is space. If class sessions are missed, you may arrange to make them up in other courses. It is your responsibility to find out when they are, and reserve you space with us. We cannot track it or arrange it for you with as many clients as we have.

TIME FRAME FOR USING YOUR SESSIONS

  • It is your responsibility to schedule all of the sessions you pay for within a six month time period.
  • Your sessions are void after that time unless arrangements have been made. We don't have the capability to track them after 6 months.
  • If you can't attend after registering, course fees are frozen for you for a grace period of 6 months. If course fees go up, the new fees apply after the 6 month grace period. Client pays the balance to complete the course or sessions.
